Dr. Supler has 17 years of neurosurgical experience, after graduating with honors from the University Of Florida College Of Medicine and completing his residency in Neurosurgery at UF in 1996; having trained with Dr. Robert Masson.
Dr. Supler was drawn to NSI because of it’s commitment to using the highest traditional values and treatment goals, while maximizing each patient’s chance of the best possible outcome through state–of-the-art diagnostics, planning, prehabilitation, rehabilitation and technology. His addition to the surgical team, reinforces that patients will be treated by some of the most experienced surgeons in the world in a surgical technique developed by Dr. Masson; IMAS (interpedicular minimal access surgery). Dr. Supler has also joined Dr. Masson as faculty on the iMAS project, training surgeons throughout the United State and the world.
Aside from being highly skilled in the treatment of spinal disorders, Dr. Supler has unique specialization at NSI is in artificial disc replacement of the lumbar spine. He, also, specializes in the treatment of chronic pain with the use of spinal cord stimulation. He is one of only a few surgeons in the country performing minimally invasive surgery for sacro-ileac joint dysfunction. His knowledge, training and experience make him an asset to NSI. He is a diplomat of the American Board of Neurological Surgery, a teaching consultant to multiple spine companies and is dedicated to using the latest, proven technology and applying it to each individual patient.
